The alien has taken human form!! 
Well kind of, they gave it their best shot at least.
A galaxy-eating extraterrestrial being, hailing from a planet(?) made of the same biological structure as this very same species. It's said that all organisms from this planet share the same body and split into smaller beings to venture out and find star systems to further nurture their home planet with. They possess the ability of morphosis and can change shape, form, size, etc however they please. Their distinct blue colour seems to retain in all forms though. As they are not mammalian, they cannot reproduce. They are more similar to "slimes", though with a firmer structure.

After landing on planet Earth in 1̴̨͔̟̤͊͒̈̒̽̕̚9̶͚̭̿?̷̪̤̏͑̀͘?̴̠̲̟̪͊͊ , donning a pair of head boppers ("humans wear these since they don't have their own antennae ー that's so cute!"), and researching 80s-Y2Ks comics literature and videos game, they're ready to take on human culture!
